Q: Why don't you have an office?

A: We don't have an office because we come to you, this keeps our cost of doing business down and allows us to charge our clients less.

Q: Why did you get out of the residential service business?

A: We got out of the business because many of the costs (mostly travel related) of doing business could not be passed along to the customer and was there for not very cost efficient.  There were also other more profitable opportunities that presented themselves.

Online Store

Q: You use to have an online store, where did it go?

A: Our online store was more of a demo for our Hosting/Web Design business, since we did not have many orders we decided to shut it down for a time.
